In a corner of Tennessee, the history of LGS is woven with threads of empathy, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to the Hispanic community. It all began with a man who crossed not only geographical but also social boundaries: Ernesto Quezada, better known as "Don Neto," whose legacy of service lives on at LGS today, guided by his granddaughter, Sweyzen Salinas.
Don Neto's Dream: A Man Who Transformed Lives
Originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, Don Neto arrived in Ashland City, Tennessee, pursuing the American dream. After his retirement, he dedicated his life to reaching out to those most in need, earning the affectionate nickname "The Ashland City Lawyer." His mission was clear: to serve unconditionally, guided by love for his neighbor and a vocation for service.
He didn't wear formal suits or fancy offices; his tool was empathy. He helped Hispanic families with legal procedures, employment, and immigration regularization, sowing hope in a community that embraced him as its leader.

From Family Inheritance to a Purpose-Driven Company
Don Neto left not only his teachings, but also a living example. His values were passed on to his five children, nine grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, but it was his granddaughter, Sweyzen Salinas, who decided to turn that legacy into action. With a mixture of pride and determination, Sweyzen founded LGS, a company that honors her grandfather's memory:
"Grandpa, you've left me a tremendous task. We'll continue your legacy as long as God allows. With honor, pride, and humility, I will forever be Don Neto's granddaughter!"
Under his leadership, LGS became a bridge for thousands of Hispanics, offering legal employment, immigration advice, and social support, just as Don Neto would have done.
LGS Today: More than a Company, a Family
At LGS, Don Neto's heart beats in every service:
- Recruitment of documented personnel for companies in construction, maintenance, and other industries.
- Legal and immigration support for Hispanic workers, including work permits and legal defense.
- Vehicle procedures, insurance, and certified translations that simplify life in the U.S.
With a presence in Tennessee and Alabama, the company keeps Don Neto's motto alive: " Love for one's neighbor and a vocation for service ."
LGS's vision is clear: to expand throughout the United States and Mexico, bringing practical tools and hope to those starting their journey in a new country. Every job arranged, every process simplified, and every family supported is a tribute to Don Neto, the man who taught that success is not measured in wealth, but in transformed lives.
At LGS, we don't just build job opportunities; we weave stories of resilience. Because behind every service lies a promise: to honor Don Neto's legacy by being the support for others that he was for his community. Your dream is our legacy.
